Bakes are individually wrapped for postal orders in order to protect them in transit however we can't be held responsible for any damage that may be incurred during the delivery process. The pictures displayed are for illustration purposes, end result may vary. Some pictures display a stack of bakes but the pricing is for 1 individual brownie/blondie.

    When you check out please select Tracked 24 Post and enter a Shipping Address as this will allow us to determine whether you are elgible for Local Delivery.

     

    Postal Orders -

    We offer UK wide delivery and send our boxes Tracked 24 post via Royal Mail. Postal orders are produced to be dispatched on the date specified on the 'shop' page so please make a note of it. You will receive an email to confirm when your box has been dispatched. We send parcels by Tracked 24 post which is expected to take 1-2 working days from dispatch however this cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured your bakes are packaged with the aim of keeping them as fresh and protected as possible during transit. We cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur to the package during transit. We are unable to take anything up with Royal Mail for 10 working days and so please do not chase items that have not arrived within this time. Please note our boxes are not letterbox size.

     

    Local Delivery –

    Local delivery is available to the following Post Codes: CF38, CF39 & CF72

    Delivery is FREE and our local delivery run is typically on a Thursday evening between 5-9pm (although the day will be specified in your product drop down)

    We will coordinate our route and message you with an estimated delivery timeslot the day before so you know when to expect us. If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure that they are available and expecting us within the delivery timeslot provided. Customers outside of these post codes will need to order via the post unless specific arrangements have been made. Local delivery days and times are subject to change in the future.

     

    Collection will no longer be available on a regular basis however may be offered on specific occasions at our discretion. If you are outside of our delivery area and are unable to order via the post for any reason then please send us an email prior to placing an order to ask about whether collection can be arranged.   • Our boxes are produced and dispatched as quickly as possible, with the aim of them arriving in the best condition possible. Once received they should be kept in an airtight container and consumed within 1 week.
