How Big Bear Blondies was born
Big Bear Blondies was created from a fundamental intolerance to two things - Gluten and Shit Desserts.
When my partner was diagnosed Coeliac in 2015, we felt really underwhelmed with the options available when it came to looking for something sweet. So many of the gluten free products available seemed to be made to cater for a range of dietary requirements 'all in one' and so felt really far removed from the 'normal' sweet treats we used to enjoy.
We wanted something that felt every bit as rich and indulgent as something non-gluten free. And so after much experimenting we eventually found our love for Blondies and that pursuit has since developed into the delicious offering we now put before you.
