Order & Delivery Process
We re-stock our website every Friday for orders that are fulfilled the following week. Orders can be placed up until the day before dispatch or sell out, whichever is sooner. We do not offer any pre-orders or future reservations.
Please ensure you read the Shipping Info in full prior to checkout. When you initially checkout you will need to proceed with postage first in order to enter the shipping details. Once you have done this you will arrive at a shipping selection page where your full range of eligible shipping options will be available to select.
Postal Orders
We offer UK wide delivery and send our boxes 1st Class post or Tracked 24 via Royal Mail. Postal orders are typically produced to be dispatched on a Thursday. You will receive an email to confirm when your box has been dispatched. We offer the option of both Tracked 24 or 1st Class post which are expected to take 1-2 working days from dispatch however this cannot be guaranteed. If you choose Tracked 24 service then please ensure your contact details are accurate. Please be advised that 1st Class post is not a tracked service and if your box is delayed, we will be unable to specify it's whereabouts. Rest assured your bakes are packaged with the aim of keeping them as fresh and protected as possible during transit. We cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur to the package during transit however. We are unable to take anything up with Royal Mail for 10 working days and so please do not chase items that have not arrived within this time. Please note our boxes are not letterbox size.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to the following Post Codes: CF38, CF39 & CF72
Delivery is FREE and our local delivery run is on a Thursday evening between 5-9pm
We will coordinate our route and message you with an estimated delivery timeslot the day before so you know when to expect us. If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure that they are available and expecting us within the delivery timeslot provided. Customers outside of these post codes will need to order via the post unless specific arrangements have been made. Local delivery days and times are subject to change in the future.
Collection will no longer be available on a regular basis however may be offered on specific occasions at our discretion. We have extended our local delivery coverage to account for this. If you are outside of our delivery area and are unable to order via the post for any reason then please send us an email prior to placing an order to ask about whether collection can be arranged.
