Order & Delivery Process
We re-stock our website every Tuesday for orders that are sent out typically on a Thursday. Orders can be placed up until the day before dispatch or sell out, whichever is sooner. We do not offer any pre-orders or future reservations.
Please ensure you read the Shipping Info in full prior to checkout. When you initially checkout you will need to proceed with postage first in order to enter the shipping details. Once you have done this you will arrive at a shipping selection page where your full range of eligible shipping options will be available to select.
Postal Orders
We offer UK wide delivery and send our boxes using Tracked 24 via Royal Mail which is £4.65. Postal orders are typically produced to be dispatched on a Thursday. You will receive an email to confirm when your box has been dispatched. We use Tracked 24 which is expected to take 1-2 working days from dispatch however this cannot be guaranteed. Your bakes are packaged with the aim of keeping them as fresh and protected as possible during transit. We cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur to the package during transit however. We are unable to take anything up with Royal Mail for 10 working days and so please do not chase items that have not arrived within this time. Please note our boxes are not letterbox size.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to the following Post Codes: CF38 & CF72
Delivery is £2 and our local delivery run is on a Thursday evening between 5-9pm
We will coordinate our route and message you with an estimated delivery timeslot the day before so you know when to expect us. If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure that they are available and expecting us within the delivery timeslot provided. Customers outside of these post codes will need to order via the post unless specific arrangements have been made. Local delivery days and times are subject to change in the future.
Collection is arranged by curb-side collection appointment from our home address in Beddau (8 Wingfield Avenue, CF38 2BH). We will message you to arrange a specific pick up time (between 5:30pm-7pm). You let us know the time you will arrive and what vehicle you are coming in. When you arrive you just beep your horn and we will bring your box out to you. As this is our home address we ask that you don't come and knock the door. We will be keeping an eye out for you and aim to make it as convenient as possible. We will text you the night before collection to arrange the time and confirm the details.
