When you check out please select Tracked 24 Post and enter a Shipping Address as this will allow us to determine whether you are elgible for Local Delivery.

Postal Orders -

We offer UK wide delivery and send our boxes Tracked 24 post via Royal Mail. Postage cost is £4.65. Postal orders are produced to be dispatched on the date specified on the 'shop' page so please make a note of it. You will receive an email to confirm when your box has been dispatched. We send parcels by Tracked 24 post which is expected to take 1-2 working days from dispatch however this cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured your bakes are packaged with the aim of keeping them as fresh and protected as possible during transit. We cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur to the package during transit. We are unable to take anything up with Royal Mail for 10 working days and so please do not chase items that have not arrived within this time. Please note our boxes are not letterbox size.

Local Delivery –

Local delivery is available to the following Post Codes: CF38 & CF72

Delivery is £2 and our local delivery run is typically on a Thursday evening between 5-9pm (although the day will be specified in your product drop down)

We will coordinate our route and message you with an estimated delivery timeslot the day before so you know when to expect us. If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure that they are available and expecting us within the delivery timeslot provided. Customers outside of these post codes will need to order via the post unless specific arrangements have been made. Local delivery days and times are subject to change in the future.

Collection is arranged by curb-side collection appointment from our home address in Beddau (8 Wingfield Avenue, CF38 2BH). We will message you to arrange a specific pick up time (between 5:30pm-7pm). You let us know the time you will arrive and what vehicle you are coming in. When you arrive you just beep your horn and we will bring your box out to you. As this is our home address we ask that you don't come and knock the door. We will be keeping an eye out for you and aim to make it as convenient as possible. We will text you the night before collection to arrange the time and confirm the details.

WARM WEATHER WARNING -

During warm weather, bakes will naturally soften and be prone to melting. Your bakes have been packaged with care and dispatched at the coolest part of the day to reduce the risk but we can't control the temperature during transit. Upon receipt your should immediately put your box in the fridge and leave them for a couple of hours in order to firm up. This will make it easier for you to take bakes out of their wrappers. Please do not attempt to take bakes out of their wrappers immediately upon arrival. We can't be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit as a result of the heat. Please only order if you feel comfortable with the risk.

Our boxes are produced and dispatched as quickly as possible, with the aim of them arriving in the best condition possible. Once received they should be kept in an airtight container and consumed within 1 week.
